John Robinson

Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder

With 30 years of management experience in the United States Government, and six years in the hospitality industry, John's mission is to see IDPro, "recognized at every level as the organization with the leadership, training and products directly influencing an industry that is universally overlooked by governmental and law enforcement agencies." John is highly committed to improving compliance standards, with the ultimate goal of preventing unnecessary fatalities and securing communities.

With childhood ties to Germany and Spain, John's still all-American adult life has been largely spent in Europe with the U.S. Government, in addition to brief assignments throughout the Pacific Rim. John's accomplishments are impressive, having been recognized formally by every living president, the German and Korean parliaments, and the Police of Paris military organization. He holds degrees from University of Madrid, University of Maryland, Texas A&M University, and completed his doctoral work at NOVA Southeastern University.

John has built a reputation of true integrity, respect and professionalism throughout his career and during the six years since launching IDPro. His focus on customer service is detail-driven and results-oriented. When asked about his primary goals for IDPro, John said, "Each customer's needs and ultimate satisfaction is, and will always be, our focus.”

Howard VanCleave

President & Co-Founder

Since co-launching IDPro, Howard VanCleave's vision for IDPro is "to attain national recognition as the innovation leader in Age Verification and Club Management products."

Howard is proactive, solution-oriented, and a problem-solver extraordinaire. His detail-oriented ethic places him shoulder-to-shoulder with each customer as a constant business partner, rooting out problems and producing solutions. With an extensive background in the food and beverage business, Howard is well-versed in the industry. Through his wealth of technical expertise and extensive liquor compliance background, he produces expert solutions by combining technology with support systems to meet the needs of an ever-changing world of identity restrictions and regulations.

With degrees from Southern Methodist University and Boise State, coupled with 20 years of management experience (12 years in the Restaurant and Bar industry), Howard combines a successful track record, technical know-how, and personal commitment to achieving results for customers, and ultimately for the success of IDPro. Howard achieves success for each customer by meeting and exceeding expectations. He works with clients as a business partner--listening, learning and delivering easy-to-use robust technology solutions that work.

Damon Menendez

Chief Operating Officer

“To grow IDPro into a worldwide company through customer satisfaction and success,” is the vision of COO, Damon Menendez.

Damon has been with IDPro for five years, bringing with him a wealth of experience in senior organizational management, and a Masters in Business and Organizational Management from LaVerne University. Before his 13-year tenure as a Human Resources Manager in the United States Air Force, Damon worked for several years in hospitality and consumer service, focusing specifically on the restaurant industry - invaluable experience that contributed to his solid industry commitment and rich understanding of compliance responsibilities.

Damon is often described as driven, loyal and focused, but it’s his joie de vivre outlook that has traveled with him around the world to Europe, the Far East, and certainly all over the United States. Besides helping drive the vision of IDPro and take its products and services “to the next level,” his other accomplishments include the respected citation of 2001 U.S. Air Force Personnel Manager of the Year.
