What is Club Management?
Club Management is the response to a state’s requirement to collect and manage information pertaining to persons seeking admission to a private club where the liquor license is closely regulated and monitored by the respective state in which they operate.
Age Verification goes hand in hand with club management in that any person seeking admission to the club must first be of the proper age before club membership and the rights to alcohol consumption is granted.

What does Club Management Software do?
- It Allows your club staff to use machine readable information in accordance with existing statutes to verify a person’s membership status…and age prior to admission to the club and/or to serving alcohol
- No privacy information beyond that already in the public domain is collected or stored
How Does Club Management Software work?
- Any federal or state issued identification card is “swiped” at the point of entry or point of service
- The data contained in the presented identification is matched to ensure accuracy of presented information with the person presenting the identification
- The resulting match/verification or “underage caution” occurs in two seconds or less
- The results of the inquiry are encrypted and stored locally should authorities need to verify illicit attempts to gain access to the club by those not meeting statutory requirements for entrance
